1 General  Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the talabat platform and all its services, gaming products and activities. When you register an account on talabat, these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. They apply equally to any modification of existing services or addition of new services.

1.2 Age Requirement

All talabat services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. You must complete identity verification when requested at the time of registration or at any later stage. Your account may be temporarily suspended until your age is confirmed.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

talabat reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account  Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is prohibited. If this rule is breached, talabat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.2 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and cancellation of any winnings. If asked to submit documents to verify your identity, bank account or mobile banking details, you are required to do so.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details, password and OTP completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Allowing third parties to access your account and operating your account through a proxy are both prohibited.

3 Deposits  and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The accepted methods for depositing money on talabat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Every transaction must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, talabat reserves the right to return the funds and close the account.

4 Bonuses and  Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

talabat offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your balance ৳2,000; you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus — i.e. ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 — before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Any promotional offer or campaign on talabat may have its own specific terms. Those terms will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken against the account.

4.3 VIP Program

talabat's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback — up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold (based on the week's net losses). 5 User  Code of Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the talabat platform:

• Fraud, collusion or any form of dishonest activity
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantage ("bonus hunting")
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or gaming systems
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing other members or using abusive language
• Using automated tools or bots to conduct betting

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If you are found to have engaged in any of the above activities, your account will be closed immediately and any related winnings or bonuses will be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

6 Gaming and  Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on talabat are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute over a game result, server logs and the game provider's records will be considered final. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a bet, that bet will be declared void and the stake returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each market in sports betting. On all matters relating to the results of cricket, football and other sports, official scorecards and announcements by the relevant governing bodies will be final. If a match is cancelled or the scheduled overs are not completed, the applicable betting policy will be followed.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market and are displayed in the relevant game interface. Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.

7 Privacy and  Data Protection

8 Responsible  Gaming

talabat believes gaming is entertainment — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We encourage all our users to play responsibly. 9 Account  Suspension and Closure

9.1 talabat's Rights

talabat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Prolonged inactivity on the account

9.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account yourself at any time. In that case, any available balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

10 Support and  Dispute Resolution

For assistance with any matter, talabat's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. 11  Limitation of Liability

talabat is not liable for any loss caused by a technical fault, server outage or third-party software issue. You are using the platform of your own free will and at your own risk, and any financial loss related to gaming activity is entirely at your own risk. talabat's maximum liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

12 Intellectual Property and  Content

All content, designs, logos, software and trademarks on the talabat platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective owners. Reproducing, distributing or modifying any part of these materials without our express written permission is prohibited.

13  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect without that specific provision. talabat's failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.

14 Entire  Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other relevant guidelines together form the entire agreement between talabat and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions or understandings are superseded by these Terms. If anything is unclear, please contact the support team.
